A pair of Quail
Patty had these two visitors on her deck in the Umpqua Valley of south west Oregon. She was hoping they would nest in her yard, but not eat all of her herbs and berries. Then about a week later they came through her garden with their 14, yes that's fourteen!, babies.

Pamelas Front Yard
A wide open space is a great setting for a Purple Martin house. A birdbath and some tube feeders bring other birds in for a visit as well. Remember, nothing attracts birds more than the sound of running water.
